I appreciated the spacious Standard Studio with a well-equipped kitchen. However, cleanliness is an issue, especially in the bathroom. Late-night noise from fellow guests impacted my experience. For a peaceful stay, consider requesting a room far from the lobby. Overall, a decent choice for solo travelers.

Duncan delivered on the eats! You’ve got Zaxby's just a hop away for some crispy chicken, and Taco Bell is right around the corner for those late-night cravings. Plus, early check-in was like a summer breeze—so helpful! Found the sheets a little stained, but the staff jumped on that faster than you can say ‘hot meal. ’

Now, it wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows. Hurricane Helene brought a crowd who partied like it was 1999, and the noise stretched into the night. The night supervisor tried their best, but you know how these things can get when folks socialize too much.

The full kitchen made cooking a breeze, spacious room, and even had a flat top stove. I had an amazing time, the water was hot, and it felt comfortable! I’d recommend this place to anyone for a longer stay.

I enjoyed my time at the Extended Stay in Duncan. The room offered a full kitchen with a stove, sink, and full-size fridge. Perfect for preparing meals. The decor felt modern, and the TV was huge. Conveniently located near I85. The staff was super accommodating, allowing my family to use my room for wedding preparations since they had no power. However, I had a frustrating experience when I booked a room with two Queen beds but was given one. The front desk staff seemed annoyed when I brought it up, and it felt like no one wanted to help. It was stressful when we were told that we could pay for another room, especially after a long day. The bathroom door in my room didn’t close fully due to a loose hinge, which was a minor annoyance. Despite the room mix-up and the bathroom issue, I found the room very clean. I had a comfortable stay but would recommend checking on your reservations before arrival.
